Shotem and Caughtem Merchandise

In getting ready to leave for the 2013 Shot Show in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Sands Convention Center, we at Shotem and Caughtem went out on a limb and had some swag created to help promote our new website.  We decided to make some vinyl stickers and some short sleeve cotton t-shirts made with our two logos.  We had our good friends at www.TSAFindustries.com create the tshirts and part of our money goes to support our United States Army Rangers.  The circle logo is our original logo and the other, of course, is the Shotem and Caughtem logo you see on the website.  We wanted to see just what kind of response we might get when it comes to having some merchandise to go along with our love for hunting and fishing.  We believe that nothing goes better with our need to do as much hunting and fishing as we can, than showing our pride around town or out in the field.  We would love to get your thoughts on whether you too would like to have these stickers to put on your gun cases, safes, or on that trusted vehicle that you take out into the field, or if you would help us promote your love of the great outdoors with one of our shirts.  Either way come back to the website often since we plan on having giveaways of these promotion items to help get more of you and your friends to come be apart of what we think will be the ultimate hunting and fishing website on the world wide web.  Email us your thoughts at This email address is being protected from spambots. Pole Tap Smartrod

Tackobox Poletap Smartrod released on Dec 21, 2012 and we at ShotemandCaughtem.com got to be one of the first to get the new rod in our hands.  An new innovative tool for those of us that have watched many a bell take a trip to Davy Jones Locker from the tip of our pole.  The creative new design is actually integrated into the pole itself.  It not only gives off a nice sounding beep but lights up so while you are drinking an ice cold beer by the campfire you can watch from a far and not only hear, but see if you have a bite at the end of your line.  With three different sensitivity settings you can make sure that even as those pesky catfish are slowly taking the bait off your line you can set the pole to a high sensitivity setting and still see/hear that something might be there.  The best part of the integrated design is that when you run over to your pole to set the hook you don't have to worry about losing your alert method off the end of your pole.  They have integrated this tricky little design into a well built medium to heavy duty rod so that anyone who enjoys sitting back in a chair fishing at the bottom of the deep blue doesn't have to constantly watch the tip of the rod to see if there is a bite.  The rod we got to test came with a nice sized open face reel from tackobox fitted with a medium duty line that was burgundy color making for a nice eye appealing and versatile rig.  If you would like to learn more about the new fishing rod or find out where you can purchase one visit www.poletap.com.

Welcome to Shotem and Caughtem

Welcome to ShotemandCaughtem.com.  A social photo sharing website for the hunting and fishing enthusiast in mind.  Whether it is a trophy buck, a massive tuna, a cool new gun or a day that just din't go as plan, we encourage you to share the photo and the story you have and most importantly have some fun!  The creator's of shotemandcaughtem.com came up with the idea of a social photo sharing site based on what we have been doing for years.  There is nothing more fun to us than bragging about the Alaskan King Salmon we have caught or the beautiful pheasant that we shot to our buddies.  It has festered into a fun way to share the experiences we have had in the great outdoors.  We searched the web and found plenty of forums and walls to post pictures but not one that had a fun, creative way to brag about how well you did on your adventure.  A place where trash talking, bragging, having a conversation and meeting new people with new experiences is a requirement.  A place were you could connect with friends and meet new ones who pride themselves as great hunters or fisherman/woman.

ShotemandCaughtem.com is in its infancy and will be an ever expanding social networking site.  Additions to the site will come regularly as we take the ideas we have in mind to make this site your premier choice as hunters and fisherman/woman.  We will constantly review the website to see what you as users are building in your groups and conversations to make this a fun and exciting place to share your photos and stories.  We wanted to get something started so that our users could help us build the ultimate hunting and fishing website.  So let's talk about what you will find here at shotemandcaughtem.com and what we have built.
